Founder / Director of Claims Management

With over 10 years of experience in management and supervisory roles, Kathryn oversees all research operations within the organization and leads the claims management department. Kathryn has leveraged her experience and skill set as an Executive Assistant within major corporations, where she served multiple C-level executives, into her current leadership role with Redeemed Financial Recovery. A devoted wife and mother of two young daughters, she is driven to help families recover money that is owed to them and make a positive impact in the world.

Joelle Ater

Lead Outreach Coordinator

Joelle Ater joined the Redeemed Financial team after years of making people’s lives better in a variety of capacities inside and out of the workplace. She continues to do so today. An eclectic career of service to others in multiple educational roles as a teacher has prepared her well in educating others on the process of how our team of professionals can recover funds due to them. A talented abstract artist in addition to her proudest work as a devoted wife and mother to her four children, Ater’s creativity, natural personability, and heart for others has propelled her to thrive in her position at Redeemed Financial as Outreach Coordinator.

Her unwavering passion for helping others is evident in her creative problem-solving approach and diligent work ethic. Beyond her thriving career, Emily finds fulfillment in her roles as a devoted wife and a mother to two amazing children, and two lively dogs.
